"People started treating me differently after they found out that I had seizures. Even though it hurt my feelings, I felt I had to speak out so other kids wouldn't go through the same thing."

Ethan is a caring boy who enjoys speaking at various youth organizations to raise awareness about epilepsy. Prior to his third birthday, Ethan was diagnosed with the seizure disorder.
He is inspired to speak out because he has been confronted with discrimination, and has had to cope with the emotional repercussions of rejection.
