Rachel is an outspoken girl who enjoys educating people about her condition. She spends her free time reading books about seizure conditions and discussing the importance of seizure first aid with her teachers and daycare provider.

Dealing with the pressures of living with a seizure disorder can be overwhelming at times, but Rachel depends on the Epilepsy Foundation of Kansas and Western Missouri for assistance and encouragement.

Rachel is eager to raise her voice in Washington, D.C., as an advocate in the 2005 Kids Speak Up! program to tell others what it means to have epilepsy.
