"My cousin Kirby has epilepsy. His condition is worse than mine. I want to take part in Kids Speak Up! to help other children like Kirby, who can't speak for themselves."

Breanna is a very compassionate and determined young lady, who has had many frightening seizures. On one occasion, she was in a hot tub when a grand mal seizure occurred.

Although she has experienced five to seven seizures in a day, has had difficulty in school and has tried numerous treatments trying to control her epilepsy, she has never let her condition slow her down or hinder her desire to help others.

Breanna is participating in Kids Speak Up! to use her voice to make a difference in the lives of people with epilepsy.
