Talk About It @ Dinner! During the weekend of November 6-8, Epilepsy Foundation staff, board members, and friends within the 22 counties served, will host "at-home" dinner parties to raise awareness and money for the Epilepsy Foundation of Northeastern New York. Encouraged by the National Epilepsy Foundation, affiliates from across the country will also be hosting such parties. Parties may be in your home, at work, at a restaurant, you decide what works best for you! Our goal is to have 100 dinners during the month of November, during Epilepsy Awareness Month. Annual Family Conference Place: Wolferts Roost Country Club This year's Family Conference will feature a full day presentation of the S.E.E. Program (Seizures and Epilepsy Education) and will be conducted by Robert Mittan, Ph.D., founder of this empowering program. The S.E.E. Program is an international award-winning seminar designed for persons with epilepsy, family members, and children as young as 12 years old. S.E.E. was created to give people with epilepsy the power to overcome the disabling fears seizures cause. The primary goal of the Seizures and Epilepsy Education Program is to empower individuals and family members to take control over their lives. To learn more about the S.E.E.
