BiographyGarcelle Beauvais-Nilon is an accomplished television and film actress, who starred on ABC's popular drama series NYPD Blue for four seasons and co-starred opposite Jamie Foxx on the WB's hit sitcom The Jamie Foxx Show. On the big screen Beauvais-Nilon premiered as the female lead opposite Chris Rock and Anthony Hopkins in Joel Schumacher's Bad Company. She also has appeared opposite Will Smith in the blockbuster Wild Wild West, and worked with Orlando Jones and Eddie Griffin in the Disney feature Double Take. During the month of November, Beauvais-Nilon will do a series of interviews about her involvement in the epilepsy campaign. Beauvais-Nilon's participation with the Epilepsy Foundation coupled with her celebrity status will bring attention to a cause she believes deserves greater public recognition. Born in St. Marc, Haiti, Beauvais-Nilon is the youngest of 7 children -- with 5 sisters and 2 brothers. She currently lives in Los Angeles with her husband and teenage son. |
