Friends and Family Campaign - Mail

Thank you for choosing to participate in our Friends and Family Campaign.

To participate by mail, simply download and print the following letter and donation form, and mail it to your friends and family.

This year our goal for our Friends and Family program is $50,000. You are our best resource to help meet this goal.
