Vera R. Jackson, President & CEO of the Epilepsy Foundation Metropolitan Washington, received her Doctor of Social Work and Master of Social Work degrees from Howard University and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity University. Dr. Jackson is an accomplished not-for-profit executive with leadership experience with Metropolitan Washington organizations such as the Best Friends Foundation, In2Books, RYS, JCC, and American Red Cross. Dr. Jackson has worked as a for-profit and government consultant and is a published author, editor, and conference speaker.
