Epilepsy Empowerment Forum Registration

This event was held on May 21, 2005, at the Mayo Clinic Scottsdale and was attended by in-person, online and phone participants from around the country.

A similar forum will be held in Chicago, Ill., this summer and will be announced on the national Foundation website.
