Amber Sweeney Memorial Scholarship

The Amber Sweeney Memorial Scholarship assists an individual with epilepsy to continue her/his education. The scholarship is in memory of Amber Sweeney (pictured below), a Prescott resident who died as a result of a seizure. College students from Yavapai County and students at Northern Arizona University are eligible to apply for this scholarship. The application deadline is June 30.

UCB Family Epilepsy Scholarship Program

This scholarship offers an excellent opportunity to people with epilepsy and to their family members and caregivers.   There are twenty $5,000 scholarships for people with epilepsy and ten $5,000 awards to family members or caregivers of people with epilepsy.  The applicant must be a U.S. citizen or legal and permanent resident of the United States.  A program description and requirement to apply can be found on the UCB website at www.UCBScholarship.com. 

Pfizer Epilepsy Scholarship

A $3,000 college scholarship for students with epilepsy.  Applicant must be a student under a doctor's care for epilepsy.  For application deadlines and forms visit www.epilepsy-scholarship.com.
