Outreach Advocacy

An outreach advocate is available to:

• Actively promote and direct high school seniors with job search skills to minimize discrimination and to help secure employment;
• Visit rural and urban clients in their homes to offer epilepsy education, counseling on issues surrounding epilepsy, linkage with medical services, liaison with welfare assistance programs; and 
• Work with referring agencies to make people with epilepsy aware of the Council's programs.
