Friend to Friend Network

This unique program links people living with epilepsy together so they can provide and gain support,  knowledge, share their experiences, talk and listen, while furthering their understanding of epilepsy.

Participating in this program is easy.  Complete the FTFN form and return it to us, you can also request a FTFN form by calling (800) 899-3745 or email EFCT. Once we receive the form we will send you the contact information of other individuals that are in a similar situation as you.
