Support Group Leader

Support Group Responsibilities

Being a support group leader can be very rewarding.  We are always looking for volunteers to become support group leaders.  Listed below are some of the responsisiblities that a support group leader will have.  If you are interested in becoming a support group leader or to find out more information please call 800-899-3745 or email Allison

The Epilepsy Foundation of Connecticut will:

1. Send out notices to potential members of the support group
2. Provide brochures and videos to be used at group
3. Provide professional training to leader when available

The Support Group Leader will:

1. Arrange for the meeting site of the group
2. Keep up to date on EFCT activities and new epilepsy information
3. Agree to lead the group for at least one year
