I am Brent Boller from NewsTalk 550 KTSA and I will be participating in the San Antonio Half Marathon on November 11, 2007!  I will be running for people living with epilepsy.  The money I raise will go to fight stigma, raise awareness about epilepsy, and to find a cure for epilepsy!  I need your support to help me raise money for the Epilepsy Foundation Central & South Texas. 

My Bio

Brent Boller is a native of San Diego, CA. Brent was a United States Air Force officer before joining 550 KTSA, in 1996, as a news anchor. His military assignments included tours with the Armed Forces radio service in Iceland and Greenland, as well as assignments as a public affairs officer in Texas, Oklahoma, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia.

Brent began his commercial radio experience as a part-time disc jockey at KKYX in San Antonio and KSPL in San Marcos. He did some part-time work for KTSA until the day after his Air Force retirement, in June of 1996, when he joined the staff full-time. He can now be heard mornings with Trey Ware.

Brent received his Bachelor’s from Southwest Texas State University and a Master’s from the University of Oklahoma. He has run several marathons and triathlons.

He is heard exclusively on News Talk KTSA, Monday-Friday, 5am - 9:00am.
