Marathon Rewards!

Beginning July 28th Team S.P.E.E.D. runners will receive a comprehensive marathon training program with highly trained coaches in a "team" environment. Team S.P.E.E.D. focuses on training all runners, especially novice runners, to complete a half or full marathon on November 11th or December 9th, 2007. Each week runners will be presented with excellent information related to proper shoe fit, proper nutritional support, proper use of supplements and much more! ,

Dallas White Rock Marathons

White Rock runners will receive complimentary marathon entry fee,hotel accommodations, and transportation to and from the Dallas. The White Rock Half Marathon training is 14 week comprehensive program begins September 8th.  Full Marathon 18 week comprehensive training program begins July 28th.   To participate in either the half or full Dallas White Rock Marathon click here to download a registration packet, or fill out the form below to have a packet mailed to you. 

San Antonio Half Marathon

San Antonio runners will be given complimentary entry into the San Antonio Marathon, and 15 week comprehensive training program. Program begins July 28th at 7am. The free session will start at Roger Solar Sports (5933 Broadway) to meet our coaches, Team S.P.E.E.D. runners and other friends of EFCST.
