Annual Conference

This year's conference is entitled "The S.E.E. Program - Seizures and Epilepsy Education" and will be held on Friday, November 13, 2009 at the Wolferts Roost Country Club, 120 Van Rensselaer Blvd., Albany, NY.  Registration is required (by Nov. 6).  Click here to view the conference brochure. 

You may register by printing the registration form located in the brochure and mailing it to the Epilepsy Foundation, 3 Washington Square, Albany, NY 12205 or by calling the office at (518) 456-7501.  Registration fees:  $15 for members; $20 for non-members; $35 for professionals.  Fee includes continental breakfast and lunch.  If you are unable to afford this program, and wish to request a scholarship, please call Debbie Bain at (518) 456-7501.
