Shining Stars

At the Epilepsy Foundation of Northern California- we know that kids with epilepsy are special, in fact we think they're Shining Stars!The Shining Stars program recognizes all kids with epilepsy, making them feel special and connecting them with other kids with epilepsy across Northern California.
If you know a Shining Star.... why not make it offical- and send in an application to be named an Epilepsy Foundation of Northern California Shining Star!

Each Shining Star recievces:

• A certificate and medallion
• Special Shining Stars Newsletter
• Special invites to Epilepsy Foundation events.
• A chance to connect with other Shining Stars across Northern California

The program is FREE and open to kids of all ages. It's easy to join- just complete the application, tell us a little about yourself and your epilepsy, attach a current photo and send it to the Epilepsy Foundation of Northern California- and you're a Shining Star!
