The Epilepsy Foundation of Southeast Texas is a non-profit organization founded in 1983 to improve the lives of the almost 100,000 adults and children with epilepsy in the 100 counties of north and southeast Texas. The Epilepsy Foundation of Southeast Texas is an affiliate of the Epilepsy Foundation, the national organization located in Landover, Maryland.

Exceptional Parent magazine and Mass Mutual are sponsoring similar nights at ballgames around the country.
