Community Supported Living Arrangement (CSLA)This program offers a bridge between living at home with family supervision and complete independence for the up to four adults with epilepsy and other developmental disabilities. Comprehensive case management and multiple weekly visits are necessary for our consumers to remain independently in their own apartments. This program offers assistance with medication management, grocery shopping, skill development, and medical liaison with neurologists/medical providers. A Qualified Mental Retardation Professional (QMRP) is responsible for drawing up an individualized service plan to meet all of the needs of each individual in the program. This program ensures that individuals maintain their independence in the community. Without this program, individuals would have to live in 24 hour supervised settings and these individuals relish their independence.
