Mud Volleyball is the Epilepsy Foundation of Western Ohio's signature fundraising event.  Each year, the event brings in around $45,000, and that number continues to climb with each passing year.  Teams compete against a field of around 150 teams for the championship title that has been claimed by one team for the past 7 years in a row!  Who will dethrone them in 2006?  Maybe your team will!

There are many different opportunities to get involved with next year's mud volleyball tournament.  We are currently looking for Committee members, volunteers, referees, and corporate sponsors.  To learn more about these opportunities, please e-mail events@ohioepilepsy.org.

The Epilepsy | Encephalitis Walk was a new event for 2005, and was very successful, not only in raising funds for the organization, but also in raising awareness of the dangerous link between epilepsy and encephalitis, and ways to minimize the risks of contracting both disorders.  The event was held at Centennial Park in Englewood, OH and it brought in over $10,000 in its first year.
