Ways to Give to the EFWO

There are many ways in which you can donate to the Epilepsy Foundation of Western Ohio.  As an organization, we receive very few grants, so we must raise over 90% of our operating budget, so every little bit helps.  No gift is too small, in other words.

Below are just a few ways you can give to us.

Perhaps the easiest way to give to the Epilepsy Foundation is through personal donations.  You can do this the old-fashioned way where you write us a check, and mail it in, or you can visit our online donation page, and make your donation using your credit card safely, and quickly.

Once we've received your donation, we'll be sure to get you a receipt, so that you can deduct the full amount of your donation from your income taxes.

One way that ANYBODY can make a significant gift to us is through a planned gift.  When most of us think of planned gifts, we think of including an organization in our last will and testament.  Of course this is a great option for you to give to us, but there are many other ways you can make a planned gift including giving a gift of a life insurance policy, retirement benefits, and appreciated securities.  These are just a few of the different ways you can commit to a significant gift in the future.  If you're interested in these options, please contact our office, and we can provide some help to you.

Did you know that instead of trading or selling that car, boat, or RV, you can donate it to the Epilepsy Foundation and earn a charitable income tax deduction and help make a difference in teh lives of people with epilepsy?  For more information, call (877) EF-CARS-7 or (877) 332-2777.

Throughout the year, we host several special fundraising events, and we're continually looking for new participants and corporate sponsors.  Some of the events include:
