Scholarships AvailableEpilepsy Foundation Scholarship The Epilepsy Foundation of Western Wisconsin is pleased to once again offer a $1,000 college scholarship for one graduate with epilepsy. The Foundation reserves the right to determine each year the number of scholarships to be awarded based on the quality of the applications. This award is not automatically renewed; you must submit a new application each year that you wish to be considered for the award. Specific criteria for acceptance as a potential candidate are defined in the attached "Scholarship Fact Sheet". PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT AN APPLICATION IF YOU DO NOT MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS LISTED. The scholarship recipient will be determined through a competitive scoring system that balances need with achievement.
