StaffKristin Berg, Executive Director
Kristin has been with Epilepsy Foundation of Western Wisconsin for over five years, serving first as the Office Assistant and then as the Director of Fund Development and Community Advocacy. She assumed the position of Executive Director in June 2005. Her experience living with epilepsy from birth is put to good use in her community education presentations, public advocacy efforts, and coordination of the Youth Initiative. Kristin is also a member of the Wisconsin Council on Developmental Disabilities, where she continues her advocacy on behalf of people with epilepsy. Kristin and her husband Jon live in Eau Claire and enjoy spending time with their two cats Kiska and Anna. Lou Kelsey, Director of Client Services & Community Resources
Lou, a long time resident of Eau Claire, has been with the Epilepsy Foundation of Western Wisconsin for six years. In that time she has done a wonderful job with projects such as DVR Fee for Service, the AWE-some support group, and Health Benefits Counseling and counselor at Kids Camp for the week. Lou's background in housing has been an asset to clients, as well as her vast knowledge of services available in many of our 22 counties. She is also in charge of coordinating EFWW's fundraisers - the Stroll in the Park, and the Share the Flame Dinner and Silent Auction. Lou puts in tireless hours making sure that these events are the absolute best they can be! She has two married daughters and grandsons living in the Twin Cities area. |
