Build A Bear Workshop Bear Hugs Foundation

This Foundation provides direct support for children in the areas of health and wellness such as childhood disease research foundations, child safety organizations and organizations that serve children with special needs.
Commonwealth Fund Health Grants

The mission of The Commonwealth Fund is to promote a high performing health care system that achieves better access, improved quality, and greater efficiency, particularly for society's most vulnerable, including people with low-incomes, the uninsured, minority Americans, young children, people with disabilities, and the elderly.
Deadline: Applications accepted on an ongoing basis. Committee reviews them as soon as possible after July 1, October 1, January 1 and April 1.
The Rite Aid Foundation provides funding to programs that focus on health and wellness in the communities in which Rite Aid operates. Grants are awarded for one year at a time, and no organization can receive a grant from the Foundation more than two years in a row.
Walgreens Charitable Donations

Walgreen grants are made to eligible nonprofits operating in local Walgreen communities. Health is a major focus area, including improving access to health and wellness in their communities.
Richard and Mary Morrison Foundation
Deadline: Applications accepted on an ongoing basis.
The mission of this Foundation is to provide support to small charitable organizations throughout the United States that aim to improve the quality of life for individuals, families, and society in general. First consideration is given to the programs and/or organizations based on sincerity, inspiration, originality, determination, and heart-driven causes. Priority for funding will be given in the following order: capital needs, program expansion, and general operating expenses. A pre-grant consultation is highly recommended.
