The Epilepsy Resource Center (ERC) answers basic questions about epilepsy and seizures and connects people living with epilepsy, their families, and caregivers to resources and services nationwide. We respond to more than 11,000 inquires per year.
Our information specialists provide friendly, personalized and timely service. They actively respond to phone calls, email and postal mail requests between 9:00am and 5:00pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday. Voicemail messages can be left 24/7. Messages and email are responded to within one business day. Information packets with brochures and fact sheets can also be requested.
