This document offers a selection of current, high quality resources that analyze data, describe effective programs, and report on policy and research aimed to develop systems of care that are family-centered, community-based, coordinated, and culturally competent. MCH Professional Education
For those both in degree tracks and in professional development, the MCH Library has a wealth of information. Included on the site is a list of student associations, professional associations and federal agencies.
A combination of audio, video, graphical or text presentations can be found on a number of different partner web sites. Partners include NCCC, The Commonwealth Fund and APHA among others.
MCHB Resource Centers Links

MCHB-Funded Projects and Final Reports
Title V is administered by MCHB with the purpose of ensuring that quality health care is available to the entire MCH population. The Title V MCH Services Block Grant consists of two major funding categories: (1) MCH block/formula grants to states and (2) discretionary grants, including Special Projects of Regional and National Significance (SPRANS) grants and Community Integrated Service Systems (CISS) grants. Final reports are housed here.
State MCH-Medicaid Technical Assistance
This program provides free technical assistance to assist states draft effective Title V and Title XIX interagency agreements (IAAs). All state Title V MCH programs are eligible.
